3 minute Smallville season 9 clip released

Apparently iTunes has just released a three minute HD clip from the season nine premiere of Smallville, "Savior". The clip isn't an action scene but instead a scene with Lois and Metallo interacting with each other. It's a pretty neat little scene and you can check it out here:

For those who don't have iTunes, you can watch it on YouTube, here:

  3. ...on TV news, how's "Chuck" getting not only Ruth, but also Lana Lang! Now KK's going to be on it.

There's two good reasons for NOT watching "Chuck"

...and honestly, way to manage a big screen career Brandon! This is like Christopher Reeve following STM with a co-starring role on "Happy Days"

  4. Hey guys ksite has post up about the CW's official episode discription for "Savior"

The CW's Official Description For The Season 9 Premiere - "Savior!"
BRIAN AUSTIN GREEN (“TERMINATOR: THE SARAH CONNOR CHRONICLES”) GUEST STARS AS JOHN CORBEN — Clark (Tom Welling) tells Jor-El he’s ready to start his training, but Jor-El sends him back to Metropolis to cut ties with Lois before he can begin. Chloe (Allison Mack) is shocked when Lois (Erica Durance) suddenly reappears after having been missing for weeks, but Lois has no recollection of vanishing into thin air with the Legion ring. While investigating a monorail crash, Lois meets John Corben (guest star Brian Austin Green), a new reporter at The Daily Planet, with a negative attitude toward the Red-Blue Blur. Chloe begs Clark to use the Legion ring to go back in time to save Jimmy, but he refuses, driving a wedge into their friendship. Meanwhile, Oliver (Justin Hartley) continues down a dark road, and Zod (Callum Blue) arrives at the Luthor mansion... Posted on KryptonSite. Kevin Fair directed the episode written by Brian Peterson & Kelly Souders (#3X5251).

  5. Good boy Clark, don't change history. Doctor Who would be proud.

Not like the time that guy in tights spun the Earth backwards! Like that was ever going to work.......

  6. well he knows full well that when you go back in time it can cause effects you dont know of.

  7. Finian, one could argue that Jimmyhenry's death came about only because Clark meddled with time (unintentionally perhaps but still).

Frankly, I dig that the producers aren't simply letting it go. I was expecting them to take the easy way out and simply pretend that Jimmyhenry had never existed. Exploring the ramifications of his life and his death is a gutsy move.

  8. "There's two good reasons for NOT watching "Chuck""

I'm a big Chuck fan, and I'll still be watching. KK is usually not as annoying when she isn't playing Lana(Eurotrip still cracks me up when I see her).

Brandon being on the show doesn't bother me. But, then I don't hate him. I think his episode will probably be airing around the time that Dylan Dog will be released so it may be the studio using the show as free publicity.

I may have changed my views on Superman Returns, but not on any of the actors associated with the movie.

  9. Colors, don't take anything I say too seriously. Just like when Wrighty says he likes KK & Brandon. You know he's just having a laugh.....

Seriously though, good to see you here again Steve. I knew you'd come around to our way of thinking re Singerman eventually. Actually, I'd say most people have now, and I even noticed Terminal saying he's looking forward to season 9 of Smallville!!!

What's going on over there? Did hell just freeze over?

  10. ..back to the point I was going to make, sorry. Yes it's good that they're not just glossing over Fake Jimmy's death (I mean when was the last time Clark thought of his Father, Johnathan? I'd love to have a Schnieder voice over ala Glen Ford at some momentous moment)....BUT, the last thing I want to see is a glum Superman again. I think Bryan Singer proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that a Superman who carries the "weight of the world" on his shoulders doesn't make for an entertaining show.

  14. I know i been to a variety of sites that have reported the season 9 premiere pics and the negative comments either to the show, fans, or welling himself have been more negative. Then their is a few folks who have good things. Then a few who try to point out the reasons why in the show's point of view on why it is what it is.

  15. Looks like michael R doesnt have any plans right now for lex returning according to ksite article:

"Is Michael Rosenbaum Returning? The Latest...
Some buzz to come from DragonCon was that Michael Rosenbaum would be returning to Smallville in the near future as Lex. Unfortunately, this is not the case, as related by Michael himself in his Twitter account. Here's what he had to say:

"On the Smallville comments? Not gonna happen .Creating my own stuff now and very happy. Sorry to bum ya out."

Hopefully some deal will be made to bring Michael back before all is said and done. Not only would it be awesome to see Michael interacting with Tom Welling and the rest of the cast again - it would be fun to see him interacting with Cassidy Freeman's Tess... and Smallville without Lex Luthor is like peanut butter without jelly. It still tastes decent, but it's even better to have both at the same time.

In some ways, I kind of agree with that.

But then I remember that their favorite Superman is a one and done moneypit and it's not getting a sequel. Meanwhile, SV keeps getting renewal after renewal after renewal.

If those retards knew anything about Superman, they wouldn't love Singerman so much.
