Regrettably, we are losing the two people who started the campaign and it's future is now unknown.
Steve and Emijayne are sadly to say, divorcing. It is unfortunate and we wish them both the best and nothing but happiness wherever it may come from. Steve has requested that nobody contact either of them during this time so they may deal with their personal lives.
Thank you both for everything you've done! We'll be praying for you!
This site is hosted for free so if anyone wants to take over, send an email to:

That is sad to hear, I wish Steve and emi the best with their divorce. I hope they will find happness with this spilt. Will be nice if we can have somone take over to continue chatting if any one wants to continue the site. But will be very understandable if no on doesnt want to do that. If thats the case i will miss chatting with you all.
ReplyDeleteMy deepest condolences go out to you both. I'm a very frequent visitor of this site, but I have not been too active in my postings here as i was with Emi over at IESB. I believe that on behalf of everyone in this site my self included we thank you both and appreciate all the info you have thrown to us, even those who disagreed or disliked it. I would be interested in helping carry this site in their absence and hope that we can continue to hear from you guys regularly. Heres hoping to your futures.
ReplyDeleteJust discovered this blog a few days ago and have spent several hours since reading all the blog postings and responses.
ReplyDeleteFirst off, my best wishes to Steve and Emi that life unfolds the best to each of you going forward.
Second. Thanks for creating this site. Its unique in its focus on the franchise films, the future of those films and how the lawsuit fits in with all this.
There have been 3 years of rumors, promises and hopes dashed regarding Superman. This blog, from what I've read, brought a focus and made some sense out of the seeming chaos around Superman. Because of insider info from DC and WB and the industry.
I'd love to see the blog go forward. But, if its no longer possible to get credible inside information from WB/DC and the industry, it might be best to bring SaveSuperman to a close. Better go out in style than risk turning into the mess most Superman film forums are.
To both Steve and Emi, Good luck. This is going to be the most difficult time in your lives and you SHOULD spend all of your time handling the situation.
ReplyDeleteDon't worry about the site. Even if no one is running the site, I'm sure people will post any updates whenever they can. So, the talk will go on.
